So my journey started in 2015 when I joined Punefitlife, that time I was suffering from many health issue , bt major problem was migraine attacks for which I used to get injected after 15days , For which Dr had suggested to join yoga but I found it a bit boring . So one of my frnds suggested to join this and which really has helped me a lot in each and every way . It's been 5yrs I have been associated with this and every day our ma'am and sir excites us with new exercise and activity which we always look forward to. They take care of us in every way possible be it any health issue or any mental stress they are always there to help us in every way possible which is really heart touching. They are not only our teachers bt family"
